SAN ANTONIO — Mother’s Day ended violently for one east-side family.
San Antonio police were called to the 1600 block of Rigsby around 9 p.m. Sunday night.
A Sergeant says when officers arrived, they found an adult woman assaulting her own mother.
When they tried to intervene, they said the daughter bit the mother. Then she’s accused of biting two police officers who tried to stop the attack.
The Sergeant says they had to use force to restrain the woman, and they called for a wagon to take her to jail when she refused to cooperate.
They say she will face a variety of charges.
